Updating/Syncing Your Password on a Âé¶¹AV Managed Windows Machine

After changing your Âé¶¹AV password using theÌýpassword change utility, you will need to sync your Âé¶¹AV managed Windows machine password to the new password you created.

  1. Verify that you are connected toÌýGlobalProtect VPN. You must be connected to the Âé¶¹AV network.
  2. From your PC keyboard, press theÌýWindows (start)Ìýbutton +ÌýLÌýto lock your machine.Ìý
  3. PressÌýCtrlÌý+ÌýAltÌý+ÌýDeleteÌýto log back in. Enter your new Âé¶¹AV password, and then pressÌýEnter.Ìý

Your new password has now been synced with your Âé¶¹AV managed device.Ìý
