Opportunities for Students

HelloÌýStudents! As we learn of opportunities for students, we’ll post them here. We’re always on the lookout for opportunities in the areas of research, training, networking, jobs, and other ways to engage/get involved. This is a running list and we do not do extensive vetting of these opportunities, so it would be important to check them out yourself.

Current list:

  • TPRG: The Paleoanthropology Research Group at Â鶹AV is a research group composed of rotating student members who wish to gain research experience. Facilitated by Prof. Hélène Rougier, the group will work on case studies from ongoing research projects that focus on the population processes of Europe by Neandertals and early Homo sapiens. These processes form the background of the evolution of recent human diversity. Regular, online meetings will establish small research tasks to be completed by group members. The outcome is used by the group to critically address the larger question of past human population processes. TPRG aims at promoting student success and academic excellence by creating a community of active scholars. For more information, please visitÌý
  • ARCS:ÌýThe Autonomy Research Center forÌýSTEAHMÌý(ARCS) is a NASA-launched university center of excellence, forging research collaborations between physical, social, and behavioral science (S); technology and engineering (T); entrepreneurship and business (E); arts (A); humanities (H); and mathematics (M).
